in Partnership with Pine State Beverage and LaBelle Chocolat.

All courses feature a chocolate component with a paired wine.
Reception:
Chocolate Dipped Bacon Cocoa dusted steak tips
Portobello mushroom with chocolate balsamic drizzle
Appetizer: Roasted Cod with a White Chocolate Buerre Blanc sauce
Salad Course: Grilled romaine with Feta, beets, roasted almonds and caramelized cocoa nibs
Entrée: Cocoa dusted stuffed chicken breast with smoked gouda, prosciutto, fig, red wine demi-glaze; served with watercress and sweet potato mash
Dessert: Whoopie pie with raspberry filling and raspberry mouse. Served with dark chocolate crunchy pearls.
