Description
The first Grand Cru introduced in 1986, Guanaja is a 70% chocolate made from a blend of Criollo and Forestero beans from Venezuela. It is named after an island off of Honduras, where Christopher Columbus stopped and was first introduced to cocoa beans. This exceptional high-cacao chocolate lingers on the palate without tasting bitter.
