These small discs work great for all applications where you want a non-tempering coating: dipping strawberries, cookies, ice cream cones, etc. This coating tastes great and dries fast. It is cost-effective as it makes a thin coating and so goes farther than some thicker versions. This coating can be mixed with the white pennies to make milk chocolate coating.
