Callebaut 56.9% Bittersweet Dark Callets #815

Another great couverture from Callebaut – with a bit more cacao than the 811. With 56.9% cacao, this is another great all-purpose dark chocolate with a tad less sugar. In callet form – Callebaut describes this as  ” a bitter chocolate with a pronounced flavor”.
