Bubbles & Truffles with Chef Pierre Gignac
This class starts off with a glass of Bubbly!! And then La Belle Chocolat will share the background of chocolate – where is comes from and how it is made.
Then a chocolate tasting of 8 different chocolates including some made from rare cocoa beans.
Then we move on to truffle making! The Executive Chef at Ocean at the Cape Arundel Inn & Resort, Chef Pierre Gignac will teach you the preparation and technique for making sumptuous chocolate truffles, using the finest of French and Belgian chocolates enhanced with fine liqueurs, fruits and spices. The chocolate truffle tasting will be paired with a flight of delicious sparkling wines and cordials.

- Select tastings of liquors and select sparkling wines
- Tasting of unique chocolates
- Hands-on instruction with Ocean’s Executive Chef Pierre Gignac
