This special milk chocolate uses an old technique which slowly and naturally caramelizes the milk. This 40% milk is darker in color than most milks due to the high cocoa content. It has complex caramel notes which compliment the nacional arriba beans. The finish reveals notes of honey, roasted nuts and fresh biscuits.

This new brand of chocolates for chefs and confectioners has a great story! The cocoa beans and all the other ingredients are from Latin America and the manufacturing is in Ecuador…one of the only chocolates which is made at the source!

This company was recently introduced to technical assistance from the Valrhona Chocolate Company so the quality has improved dramatically. They use the legendary “nacional fino del aroma” and the “Cacao Arriba” cacao beans which are known for their powerful flavors and have been grown for generations.
