Chocolate by Sparrow has been providing fine chocolates to home chefs as well as professional chefs, confectioners and bakers for 25 years.

We specialize in fine chocolates used by pastry chefs all over the world including: Valrhona, Meso Cacao, Republica del Cacao and Callebaut Chocolates.

Please note – Currently the chocolate industry is experiencing a crisis as the cocoa bean crop was 25% less than last year due to poor growing conditions. As a result, pricing has been going up all of 2024 and we expect it to continue. Unfortunately, we have to raise our pricing. Chocolate may become a luxury item – we will see!
